Description of the Bug

If a site is aligned in RTL (Right-to-Left) language. However, on the 'Welcome Wizard' page, certain elements are aligned to the left, which is inconsistent with the RTL layout. The elements on this page should be aligned to the right, consistent with the RTL language setting.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make your site to RTL language.
2. Navigate to the 'Welcome Wizard' page.
3. Observe the alignment of elements on the page.

Expected Behavior
All elements on the 'Welcome Wizard' page should be aligned to the right to maintain consistency with the RTL language setting of the site.
