error: vector subscript out of range

I create a new project in VS2022, and add the dr_wav.h, ggml.h, whisper.h, corresponding cpp file and the main.cpp file.
I have download the ggml-medium.bin and move it to models folder of my project, and set the parameters of main function. I only changed the language and model parameter of struct whisper_params to "ja" and "models/ggml-medium.bin"
But when I run it, it keeps reporting an error: vector subscript out of range. I don't know what caused it, thank you very much if someone can solve it
