gitalk1.8.0
只有科学上网才可以使用
否则一直显示gitalk加载中并提示网络错误

改为 proxy: 'https://shielded-brushlands-08810.herokuapp.com/https://github.com/login/oauth/access_token' 这个可以使用，但是翻墙有时候不显示评论。。。。。
