Search Help shortcut is not working if focus is in any tree

Issue description

I'm using an external script editor and I often alt tab into Godot to look stuff up in the API reference because of how well organized it is. Unfortunately half of the times pressing Alt+Space doesn't work if the focus is in the wrong place

Steps to reproduce

Click on some item in FileSystem or Scene dock and press Alt+Space
