fvlm: cannot import name 'clip_utils' from 'utils' #1971

Running F-VLM on jax / colab, in Import libraries, throws the following error:

ImportError: cannot import name 'clip_utils' from 'utils' (/usr/local/lib/python3.10/dist-packages/utils/init.py)

I've looked at alternatives to this package, or other possible typos, but find none.
