To simplify crypto testing, we could provide applets that read from USB or something test vector requests and emit responses back. This could be used to test against CAVP, Wycheproof, or any other (possibly dynamic) test vectors with many items. We currently only have small samples of test vectors in the *_test applets for regression testing.

It's probably enough to have a single cavp and wycheproof applets because the requests describe the algorithm (if I'm not mistaken).
