[Feature] Add the ability to limit the maximum size of the saved groups

Description of Feature

• Add the ability to limit the maximum size of the saved groups. It would be great if we could limit the maximum size, in words or characters, of the content in each saved group. For instance, it will enable us to prevent the user insert a huge amount of data into a saved group increasing the data transfer billing. The control could be done through an env var or a config in the management UI.

I'm experiencing the same issue as well. Our team is also facing high expenses on Cloudflare due to this limitation. Adding the ability to limit the maximum size of saved groups would be incredibly beneficial for us. It would not only help in managing data transfer billing but also ensure smoother operation of our application.
