Hi:
When testing sending a message (template ICS 213) the Subject field is the only one pre-filled. If the message is a reply I think some of the following fields should be pre-filled:
INCIDENT NAME
TO
ICS POSITION
SENDER
ICS POSITION
MESSAGE
The reply field should be the one in bank for the answer. I included captures of a test. BTW message was sent between D-Rats Win 10 git code and MobaXterm git code. Fields that might be pre-populated in a reply marked green.
For the reply I had to see the message sent from the Laptop. The last screen is IMO how the reply form should look (fields from the received message should populated some of those - known- fields). Obviously reply area in blank for the answer.
My test environment I use KP4AJ-L (Win 10 laptop MSYS2 MINGW64) KP4AJ-D (Win 10 desktop MobaXterm) and Ubuntu 22.

Note:
The known fields population should also happen with most fields in other forms. Sure when good reason to not populate a given field in a reply, then it should be in blank.
