After observing this over a longer time period it appears, that the plugs first disappear (always all but one) and then randomly reappear, so kind of a random on/off cycle.
Sounds like a clear indication of an issue with this device. Note that all ESP32 based Matter devices on SDK 1.0 are very unstable. Wait for updates to arrive and/or nag the manufacturer for support. Also the fact that the device is sometimes not discovered, may be an indication of issues with mdns and/or multi admin.
In any case, not a bug. Maybe join our discord server to get community support and see if somebody else has tips.
