The list of Timezones shown in the drop down list is NOT correct for the Australian Timezones.
Nor do they match the named timezones here:
Which is also what this documentation states should be used
All southern eastern states and cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart) are in a single timezone (+10) with DST time as well
Brisbane is also in +10, but without daylight savings
Darwin is +9:30, without DST, but Adelaide is also 9:30 but with DST
