I have deleted the current entry in the integration, then added a new one with the same credentials. This worked, even without my having to go thru the 2FA!

Since I have not renamed the entities (used the ones provided by the integration), there was no adverse effect at all.

Is there any progress? No login possible at the moment. When I try to setup the integration new I get the message that my authentification is not valid. They are valid, though!
