Description

When waydroid is tiled, display shrinks according to tile size ( expected ), but when it's window size increases ( when other window's are removed from tile ), it's display size dosen't increase. It keeps shrinking further and further on tiled but won't go in other direction.

I am able to reproduce this on ->

1. v0.39.1
2. v0.40.0
3. latest-git as time of writing - 3ac0e7e

How to reproduce

1. Open waydroid using waydroid show-full-ui
2. Add new window to tile
3. Full screen the waydroid window
