Deploy application on another provider like Netlify in place of Heroku

It seems like there is an issue with the availability of the Gitwar service because the app sleeps on Heroku after a period of inactivity: https://blog.heroku.com/app_sleeping_on_heroku. That's why I see an application error. I think it would be a good idea to switch to an alternate provider to deploy the web application.
