Many other projects (IceFlow, SlideRule) have incorporated widgets to improve the user experience for finding and interacting with data. Voila is one such tool. It would be fun to introduce some of this functionality to icepyx. One area that comes to mind is for variable selection, but there are lots of places it would be fun to have more interactivity. Interested in experimenting? Try something out and open a pull request so others can try it out!
