cannot delete clients

Hello, I ran into the same issue.
After I created a new item in people and then added it to the customers list.
However, whenever I try to delete this new customer I receive the message below that says cannot delete client if client have any quote or invoice. The problem is my client is newly created and doesn't have any invoice or quote yet.

hey loujayna i found this issue #1013 and i think it got fixed already in a pull request i am not too sure about it
