Hello ,

I’d like to introduce a user persona, Fatima El Amri, for our IDURAR project. Fatima is a 35-year-old entrepreneur who owns a successful import-export business in Tunis, Tunisia. She manages a team of 15 employees and deals with a diverse range of products.

Why Use Fatima’s Persona?

  • Understanding User Needs: Fatima’s needs include efficient operations, effective inventory management, clear financial insights, strong customer relationships, simplified HR tasks, and optimized sales and procurement processes. By considering these needs, we can develop features that provide real value to users like Fatima.

  • Prioritizing Features: By understanding Fatima’s goals and pain points, we can prioritize our feature development to address these areas. This can help us focus on features that solve real problems for our users.

  • Designing User-Centric Features: Keeping Fatima’s persona in mind can help us design features that are easy to use and provide a great user experience. This can lead to a product that truly meets the needs of our users.

  • Team Alignment: Fatima’s persona can help align the team around a common understanding of our users. This can lead to more effective collaboration and decision-making.

By considering Fatima’s persona in our development process, we can ensure that our IDURAR project is tailored to meet the needs of users like Fatima.

Here is a detailed description of the persona
