网盘上传单个文件有大小限制，按时间分段不好控制视频大小，希望能增加一个按视频大小分段的选项。

配置有按时间分段功能，至于大小按照每个平台的码率计算一下，或者录制一段30分钟，看下大小，再控制时间

各个平台主播的码率差距有的挺大的。。，感觉不好控制
