配置的自定义存储地址不生效，配置的视频分段时长也没生效 #362

我是用docker在服务器上运行的，配置了一个/home/douyin这样的地址，但是录制之后没有视频文件，去掉配置之后就能正常录制到默认的download目录里面，还有就是配置的分段时长没生效
