Add Scroll to Top Button on Welcome Page

Hello Sir,
I guess one of the basic functionality is missing here in this website, i.e. our scroll to top button.
I would like to take this opportunity to add this kind of button.

Kindly assign me this issue under Contribute-a-thon'21.

Sorry sir,
But I am not able to give the fixed position to the button, I guess there is some problem with the whole document structure.

Can you elaborate what is the exact problem you are facing?

Actually, I tried a lot to provide some sticky position to the button, but while scrolling that button also gets scrolled along with the page.
