Playback fails to start with avfoundation audio driver

System and IINA version:

• macOS 14.4.1?
• IINA 1.3.4 + libmpv 0.38.0

Expected behavior:
If you drag-n-drop a video file to the IINA welcome window the video will start playing.

Actual behavior:
The file does not start playing. The playback position must be changed before the file will start playing.

This was reported by @ShlomoCode in this comment. I created this issue for the problem. See that comment for a video of the problem occurring.

Steps to reproduce:

• Upgrade the libmpv contained in IINA 1.3.4 to mpv 0.38.0 as discussed in issue Support for Spatial Audio on macOS Monterey #3444

• Configure IINA to use the avfoundation audio driver as shown in this comment

• Start IINA

• Drag-n-drop a video file to the IINA welcome window

• Notice the video does not start playing

• MPV does not have this problem.

I've reproduced this using mpv and entered an issue with the mpv project.
