Model Setting Backend Configuration

The default parameters for Model Setting can be configured in the backend through the service_conf.yaml file or environment variables in Kotlin. Currently, some settings are not reasonable. For example, Max Tokens is set to only 215, which is too short and clearly insufficient, causing the need to modify it for each conversation. Additionally, selecting Balance as the default option for Freedom would be more appropriate. The current Model Setting is hardcoded in the frontend.
