Different expose port for UI and API

Use case:
As the DB might be exposed into different networks it would be preferred to have the WebGui to be accessible on a different port then the API. This way access can be restricted to the only the necessary.

Proposal:
Make the WebGUI and API port separately configurable

Current behaviour:
WebGui and API will always use the same port

Desired behaviour:
Make the WebGUI and API port separately configurable
