IOS 17 BleManager.getConnectedPeripherals returning empty

Describe the bug
we have that connect to BLE to read data from BLE,
The first time we connect we get data from BLE but the next time when we use this function

BleManager.getConnectedPeripherals it always return empty or null

on iOS 16 everything is working but we are facing this issue on iOS 17

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: iPhone XR, iPhone 11
• OS: 17
• react-native-ble-manager version: 11.4.0
• react-native version: 0.71.11
