Low FPS on Deepfacelive Please Help!

Somehow my PC only gives me 10 fps on "Camera Source" when using DFL on 1280x720 whereas it gives me more than 30fps on 740x360 or anything lower than that. Other categories (which require more H/W power) like face detector, stream output, face merger gives me more than 60-90 FPS so i dont think it's a H/W issue (GPU 3080ti)...

Can anyone help me how to achieve more than 10 fps on Camera source on 1280x720???
I tried everything and my cam and PC give me more than 60 fps on other S/Ws. This is strange...
