The current UI implementation of the tag filters, looks inconsistent with overall design theme of the website.

Proposed changes

Improve the current UI, so that it easily blends in with the rest of the design, you can infer the proposed changes screenshot for inspirations, or if you have any other ideas, feel free to create a PR.
