Viget Application Not necessarily easy

@j-delaney Can you tell if sending an email is considered an easy application by our guidelines or should we drop that company from the list?

I consider emails still easy. I think what differentiates easy vs unnecessarily difficult is where you have to put in the work. In my opinion, writing a short thing about how your experience matches their description is valuable to both parties and can be done pretty quickly. Refilling out your entire resume piece by piece on a hard-to-use form is not easy and not quick.

@j-delaney I definitely agree with you on that, writing a short summary in an email is fairly easy compared to the work one has to do on Taleo or Brassring application portals. I suggest we keep Viget as part of the list and close this issue if we all agree on it.
