now overnight its watched S01E01-06 on all of these series even though i have not touched them on either trakt or jellyfin.

I'm having a similar issue. Every time a Trakt sync happens, the first 6 episodes of 5 different shows are marked as watched. Apparently, as are 4 other episodes according to the logs, but I'm only aware of the ones that are reappearing in my "Up Next" section, and as shown below, the logs don't actually spit out what changes are made, so it's impossible to tell where this is coming from. Interestingly enough, this is happening for me with House of the Dragon, Picard, and Scrubs, which are all in common with @Jerrk. I'm also seeing this happen with 1883 and Dragonball Z, if anyone else is looking for similarities in the future. I've confirmed that all 5 of these shows are correctly matched to IMDB, TMDB, and TVDB, and there is no overlap in IDs between any of them. I haven't gone out of my way to pull and compare IMDB/TVDB IDs for all 30 episodes, but the first few I looked at were all unique. Triggering a manual scheduled task with debug logging doesn't seem to give any useful logs from what I'm reading:
