Dashboard sidebar jumps when moving between certain pages

Describe The Bug
If you go to the Dashboard with a window short enough to have the sidebar scroll, the sidebar jumps to the opposite vertical position when moving between the dashboard and the scheduled tasks

Steps To Reproduce

1. Resize your window if needed so that the sidebar scrolls
2. Open the sidebar and click on the dashboard
3. Scroll down on the sidebar and click on Scheduled Tasks
4. Scroll up on the sidebar and click on Dashboard
5. See the sidebar jump down on it's own
6. Click on Scheduled tasks again to see the sidebar jump back up
7. Repeat as desired

Expected Behavior
The side bar should not scroll in response to a click on a menu item
