触发备用配置时，设定的备用在线TTS（微软翻译/呱呱）语速与音量大小均不生效，例如：
正常配置与备用配置音频参数均设置语速1.35、音量1.5，触发备用配置时，其生成音频语速明显偏慢、音量明显偏小。
