Describe the solution you'd like

SigMF is a new data format that is being used to record and share rf information. It would be great if urh could natively open and save such files. Thanks

Agreed, even if it's in the most minimal form which is super simple, https://pysdr.org/content/iq_files.html#sigmf-and-annotating-iq-files
