[FEATURE] Analytics Roadmap

Revamp the analytics module with the below features / functionality:

• Currency conversion
  The user must be able to choose a default currency and all the values in analytics must reflect the selected currency

• Add more granularity to the graphs
  Add 15mins, 30mins, 1hr, 4hrs (and then day, week etc which already exists)

• Add more filters
  Add profile_id as filter

• Organisation - level analytics
  An organisation user should be able to view analytics for all his merchants combined and have merchant_id as a filter
  Differentiate between payment intent and attempt views

• Add payout analytics page
  Add dispute analytics page

• Add card filters
  (type of card, card network) - Build transformation layer to flatten out the payment_method_data and push to ckh

• Build payments row
  sessionise and build one row for a payment with all associated data like attempts, refunds, disputes - Needs design

• Click on a card and get associated data

• UI Fixes
