[FEATURE] Deep Static Analyzer UI Integration for Smart Routing

Feature Description

Currently, for the Rule-based routing UI, there are no validations in place to check whether the rules being configured are valid with respect to the merchant's connector configuration and with respect to features supported by Hyperswitch for a connector.

This will be the tracking issue to add this feature.

Possible Implementation

Deliverables include :-

• A Constraint Graph Based rule verification framework that evaluates the validity of a rule in context of the merchant's connector configuration and Hyperswitch supported features.
• Generation of concise reports for invalid rules with human-readable explanations and potential rectification suggestions.
• Integration of the aforementioned framework with the Dashboard Routing UI.
