I have searched the existing issues and checked the recent builds/commits

What would your feature do ?

implementing this new https://modelscope.cn/models/damo/Image-to-Video/summary , and somehow making it pass through the zeroscope xl model to upscale?

init img to modelscope model to zeroscpexl upscale
