Prevent duplication of plugin schema HTTP fetch upon using task editor (low code)

Describe the issue

See on the screenshot that the call to fetch the Subflow task's schema is duplicated for each created editor in the low code window.

This is due to the setup function that fetches the plugin's schema. However when using the task editor, upon clicking on edit task, there are multiple editors that are created and the setup function is called for each one.
