Search invoices endpoint behaves differently for invoice number/invoice id #1928

The search invoices endpoint returns a shallow invoice (invoice without items/payments) when the searchKey is an invoiceId/accountId. It however returns the complete invoice when the invoice number is specified as a searchKey. The behavior should be consistent when different types of values are specified as the searchKey.
