Standalone Plan - pause error #1957

It would appear that standalone plans can not be paused. When attempting to pause a standalone plan we are getting the following error: "KillBillClientException :Could not find base subscription for bundle 6f55f125-770f-40a3-8f0d-addb769daa57"
