通过使用sdk的视频转GIF功能，转出来的GIF文件比原文件还要大10几倍，5秒内的视频转出来有接近20M，可是原视频文件才1.2M，而且即使把帧数和码率调低一点，文件大小也很大，画面效果就想当模糊了甚至出现花屏,希望能像B612一样，能转出流畅、清晰、大小适中，便于当表情传播的GIF。

GIF的编码效率本身就比很多编码格式要差哦，你说的花屏，能给个图片链接么？
