In some hours of the day, we started to have issues with new pods created together, our workload is spark jobs, so hourly create lots of spark executors pods gathering Error on Pods with TooManyRequests.

There is another way to config this? https://docs.cilium.io/en/stable/configuration/api-rate-limiting/#configuration-parameters
