[bug] `system.views` can not be deleted #1773

I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

Environment

https://laf.dev

What happened

How to reproduce

create a "timeseries collection" col_xxx（时序集合）
(Then col_xxx, system.buckets.col_xxx, system.views will appear in database panel
delete collection col_xxx (and system.buckets.col_xxx will be also deleged automatically)
but, "system.views" can not be deleted

PS: maybe system.views should not be displayed
