Hi @ohadpinch the easies option would be to have a single AI Service handling everything, but the performance will most probably suffer. There is are a few examples (1, 2) of using language/embedding model to determine where to route the user ruequest. Chat memory management depends a lot on your use case, but 2 simple options can be:

Do you have recommendations for developing a chatbot that can address multiple business problems? Should I use the same AI service for all issues or separate them? If opting for separate services, how should I manage the chat history and determine which AI service to use for each inquiry?
