Simplify JSON schema auto-generated from ToolMessage, when not using OAI Fn-calling #380

When not using OpenAI Fn-calling (e.g. with local LLMs) we can produce a simpler JSON schema so it's more concise and straightforward, and this may produce better tool-call results.
