Focus issue when keyboard navigating with backtick

Reproduction:

• start in bundled inbox view with "priority inbox" configuration
• have a bundle as the first entry in one of the inbox sections, which is out of the viewport (needs to be scrolled to)
• use the backtick key to navigate between sections
• when focus is given to the bundle, the viewport does not scroll to that section

I'm attaching a gif which attempts to show what's going on. I'm happy to re-record or explain more if what's happening isn't clear.

I had NO idea that backtick jumped between sections... I thought it only jumped between tabs in the default inbox.

I need to detect and intercept this shortcut (like I do with so many others) in a bundled inbox so I can make it work as expected. Thanks for the report!

@leggett I just noticed that this also happens if I use j to go down one message to a bundled set of messages that's out of view.
