I want to be able to sort projects alphabetically on the dropdown

Description

Acceptance criteria:

• I can view my projects and the navbar and when I click on them, the current project switches to the one I want to view
• I can also sort these alphabetically (non-preview first, then preview) - in ascending or descending order
• I can also sort by type (ignore alphabetical order, just by type) - non-preview first, or preview first
• I can sort them by creation date - in ascending or descending order
• I am able to reset the ordering, and get the view as shown in reference image below ⬇️ (by timestamp)
