Loot 0.18

When running the win64 exe, if you choose to install to a custom folder, there is no option to create a new folder (usually done by right clicking) and then choose it. So you have to close loot installer, create the folder and run again.

As far as I'm aware this capability isn't provided by Inno Setup, which LOOT uses for its installer.
