Description

The Kazakh Locale (қазақша) is missing in Magento 2.4.6-p3 config file.
public_html/vendor/magento/framework/Locale/Config.php
Iso code for Kazakh language is "kk"

Expected behavior

Be capable to establish a website using the Kazakh language under locale kk_KZ

Benefits

Widden Magento 2 geographical scope

Additional information

Suggested Locale code for Magento: kk_KZ (to be verified)
