shortvideo的download url会在较短的时间内（可能一个小时？）过期。之后再使用该url会报400错误。
因此，需要一个API，能够让mirai-api-http等插件实时反向查询shortvideo的download url。

或者，提供一个miraiCode转json的API，大概能在更大范围里解决类似问题？
