Pitch

ie. show follower-only posts in /admin/accounts/<id>/statuses.

Note that

  • Followings/followers of any accounts are already visible to moderators anyway, even if the user chooses to hide them; and
  • If willing, a moderator can still access them through the database.

Motivation

I've seen newly-registered accounts post illegal content right away, all under follower-only visibility. If the account is locked, then a moderator would not be able to figure out the content without either digging through the database or alerting the perpetrator.

Just dipping my toe into Mastodon myself and found it odd that as the server owner I cannot see followers only or mention only posts - will be making a few more test accounts to see what happens when a follower / tagged person reports such posts when I get time, but if investigating one report, it would be useful to see all of that users posts in case there is more offending content.

@joepitt91

what happens when a follower / tagged person reports such posts

Then the reported posts are visible only in the report interface, but NOT any of its contexts
