Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Log into Mastodon with a white background
  2. Start a toot
  3. Check buttons and icons available to modify the toot, as well as the Post button
    ...

Expected behaviour

Public, English, image, poll, warning, emoji controls have sufficient contrast under WCAG 2.1

Actual behaviour

Public, English, image, poll, warning, emoji, Post controls have insufficient contrast under WCAG 2.1

Detailed description

#6364FF on white has a contrast of 4.37:1, which fails for normal-sized text. #5C5CFF would pass.

That said, I tend to tune out controls and text that are in the purple to red to green range, so dark blue would be better for me personally.
