[Tech Request]: save core dump of mo-service or replace KILL signal by the TERM,INT signal

能在oom时，把mo-service的core dump保存下来。

或者 oom时发送 TERM和INT信号 而不是KILL信号。

Why is this needed ?

现在TERM信号，INT信号杀mo能有profile保存。但是KILL信号没法抓住，无法保存profile文件。

没有profile文件，对于oom问题不好定位。
