How to deploy an external node using docker and snapshot/dump

I am going through the repo and I see a lot of .md files here but I can't seem to find the one covering how to deploy an RPC node using docker. Additionally, I could not locate a docker-compose.yml file. I can see plenty of other .ymal files in the root but I don't believe any of them are for this purpose.

We have an ansible role that makes it easier to setup an RPC node using docker:
